Storing bikes costs us and you want your bike back promptly, so we reserve the right to charge storage fees if bikes are not collected within two weeks of notification after repair. Please notify us if you are unable to collect.
Please give more than one means of contact, that way if there is a wrong digit in your phone number we can still contact you.
We aim to assess a bike before committing to work on it. This means we can give you an estimate and you will have a good idea of the cost. We reserve the right to refuse to undertake work on bikes where the customer's instructions in our opinion will leave the bike in an unsafe condition. If we find problems not apparent at the assessment, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss additional work and costs.
We require payment before bikes are collected.
We require a non-refundable deposit of at least 10% before ordering items for customers.
